I've been an entrepreneur since high school. I can't help but find people and places that could use help and want to fill that space. As you can see, my abilities and passions are growing always. - Read, Sing, Play -If online, I can read and sing to them. I would require your number so i could contact you immediately if the child needed assistance.

- If in person, I can implement all 3 of these and more. I could also teach them some kids sign language if you'd like.

-I have some Music Prodigies bells I can bring and I can teach them music through this system as well. I have the first two Music Prodigies books and have lots of experience teaching these.

Artist Bio

As a Multi Media Artist

Rachel Schlenz has been singing since before she could talk as a toddler. She’s performed in musicals and plays since she was 6, including multiple lead roles from middle school on. In high school, she studied Voice with James Spencer of Spencer Artist Development, sang with the advanced jazz ensemble for 4 years, as well as the advanced classical ensemble for her Senior year, and performed in multiple talent shows.

Rachel Graduated with a Bachelor's in Music Education from CSULA in Spring 2018. During which, she studied Voice with Dr. Susan Mohini Kane, through which she learned how to sing classical English, French, German, Italian pieces, and Opera as well. Some of her highlights from this program include singing in Chamber Singers, led by Dr. Sebastien Vallee and later, Dr. Christopher Gravis, Jazz Combos, led by Dr. James Ford, Commercial Music Ensemble, led by Ross Levinson, Music & Wellness (community outreach program), led by Dr. Susan Mohini Kane, starring in an Opera, directed by Dylan Thomas, performing in her (first) Recital (which can be found on her YouTube) and finally, singing a lovely arrangement of the National Anthem by Jenny Tran with her fellow classmates at Graduation. Since 2016, Rachel also sung with a quartet caroling company called The Music Companie, led by Pat Loeb, for 8 years.

Since Graduating with her BM, Rachel has had the privilege of singing solo sets at comedy shows, singing on a pop-gospel record and singing backup and lead vocals in Rory Seldon’s R&B and Funk band, Rory Seldon with InnerSession.

During Covid, Rachel applied for the Commercial Music Masters program at CSULA and was accepted! As a Commercial Music Masters Graduate, Rachel has learned how to sing multiple genres in Commercial Music, the basics of how to play pop, rock and jazz songs on the piano, how to use sheet music software and Logic & Pro Tools, and how to make her own musical tracks as well.
